Description

Approximate root length: 15cms (6 inches).

A fast maturing selection of this superb carrot with medium length roots of good internal colour. Excellent also for a January/February sowing under glass.

Sowing Instructions

Sowing time:late winter to mid summer.
Sowing depth:1cm (½in) deep, spaced 30cm (12in) apart.

Sow in drills.

Growing Instructions

As soon as the seedlings are large enough to handle, start thinning them out so that they are finally 10cm (4in) apart.

Aftercare Instructions

The last thinnings will provide tender roots just large enough to be used. Harvest mid summer to autumn.
