Description

Bush/Basket (Determinate). An exceptionally sweet cherry variety with the exciting attribute of being able to trail when grown as a basket plant, one plant filling a 30cm (12in) basket with ease. Extremely decorative as well as productive.

For indoor and outdoor cropping sow spring, 6-8 weeks before planting out date. Requires no side shooting.

Sowing Instructions

Sowing time:Indoors 6-8 weeks before last spring frost for transplanting outdoors after all risk of frost is past

Sow in a good seed sowing mix. Germination usually takes 6-14 days at 24-27C (75-80F).

Growing Instructions

Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle into 7.5cm (3in) pots and grow on in cooler, well lit conditions. FOR PLANTING OUTSIDE - For growing as a bush plant 60cm (24in) apart in moist, well-drained, fertile soil in a sunny position. FOR HANGING BASKETS Plant one per 30cm (12in) basket. Water well and keep in a cool position until well rooted. Gradually acclimatize to outdoor conditions before hanging outside permanently after all risk of frost.

Aftercare Instructions

Feed regularly with tomato liquid fertilizer and keep well watered.
