Used sparingly compliments the flavour of all roast meats. Sprinkle on eggs or cheese dishes and mix with melted butter over prawns, shrimps and lobster. Nature's Remedy: Are you troubled with catarrh after a cold? Do your sinuses get blocked up or do you frequently complain of sore throats? ALL the great herbalists recommend Thyme strongly, together with its use as a general tonic with powerful antibacterial qualities. Place a bunch of fresh Thyme in a saucepan containing 1 pint of water cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Strain, sweeten with honey and take 1 tablespoonful several times per day. Prolonged use however is not advisable.
