Indeterminate, requires support but minimal sideshooting. An early ripening 'potato leaved' variety with outstanding taste, particularly when grown outdoors. Produces a huge crop of medium sized 75g (2½oz), round, red fruits, ideal for slicing and adding to salads. Can also be grown in the greenhouse.
| Sowing time: | Sow indoors 6-8 weeks before last spring frost for transplanting outdoors after all risk of frost is past |

| Sowing depth: | 6mm (¼in) |
Sow seeds in pots or trays of good, free-draining, damp seed sowing mix and cover with a sprinkling of vermiculite or sowing mix. Place containers in a propagator, or seal in a plastic bag, at a temperature of 18-21C (65-70F) until after germination, which takes 7-10 days.
Transplant seedlings, when large enough to handle, into 7.5cm (3in) pots. Plant in the greenhouse in individual large pots, or 3 plants per growbag when 20cm (8in) high. Can be planted outdoors, 45cm (18in) apart once all frost risk has passed.
Plants require support but minimal sideshooting for the best yields. Water and feed plants regularly with a high potash feed once the first truss has set.
Flavour guide: Balanced sweetness/acid, outstanding taste.
