Description
One of the new wave of excellent salad crops. Highly attractive and delicious, Radicchio has really increased in popularity recently. A unique flavour to complement any dish, and also has good storage capabilities.
Harvest September to December. Prefers a well drained, rich, moist soil.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Can be dressed in oil and lightly grilled, serve warm with melted cheese.
