Description
Beautiful, free flowering plants, for the border or bedding with a long season of bloom. The 1/2in double flowers are ideal for cutting and also make attractive pot plants for the cold greenhouse. Flowers summer. Height 24 inches.
Sowing Instructions

Sow in spring where they are to flower in well cultivated soil. Sow thinly 6mm (1/4in) deep in drills 30cm (12in) apart. Thin out seedlings to 30 cm (12in) apart. Clarkias prefer a deep, rich soil and will grow in sun or part shade. Remove the flower heads as the petals fall to prolong flowering. Clarkias sown in the late summer/ autumn and over-wintered in a frost free greenhouse make excellent spring/summer flowering pot plants.
