Coreopsis grandiflora 'Early Sunrise' is an AAS and Fleuroselect gold medal winner. This means that throughout both the USA and Europe, this plant has not just performed well but has excelled. A marvellous and unique achievement. A perennial flowering uniformly early from seed in it's first summer producing masses of semi-double blooms for border and cutting.

Sow at 16-21C (60-70F) on the surface of a good seed compost and gently firm down. Germination usually takes 20-25 days.
When seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant and grow on in cooler conditions. Gradually acclimatise to outdoor conditions for 10-15 days before planting out, after all risk of frost, 38cm (15in) apart in a sunny spot on light well drained soil.
