Comments: HARDINESS ZONE: 5-8 FLOWERING PERIOD: Summer SOIL TYPE: Well drained IDEAL FOR: Border, cottage garden, dried flower, wildlife. SOWING TIME: Late winter to summer. SOWING: For best results the seeds should be prechilled before sowing. To do this sow the seeds just below the surface of any good seed sowing mix. Seal the seeds and container inside a plastic bag and place in a fridge (not freezer) for 6 weeks, then place in a temperature of 15-18C (60-65F). Germination should take 1-3 months after this. Check seed tray occasionally for any that might germinate in the fridge. Remove any that do and pot them up. AFTERCARE: Later plant out in ordinary well drained soil and full sun.
