Here's a great way to sample Oriental poppies--while filling up an open area with eye-popping color. Large-flowered (up to 6 inches across!) selections in vivid shades of orange, red, pink, and salmon. Individually unique and showy; dazzling when grouped. Plus, they flower at a time when spring favorites are done and summer perennials aren't quite out yet, filling the blooming gap handily. Sun-lovers, they appreciate light shade in the hottest part of the day. Light-green, ferny foliage makes the perfect backdrop.

Best grown in fertile, well-drained soil. Plants are about 2 to 3 feet tall and wide. Zones 3-7.

We continually monitor weather conditions for extreme hot or cold and adjust shipping schedules as needed. Due to hot weather conditions, we are unable to ship most plant items in July and August. Items that are overweight will require an additional shipping charge depending on weight.
