varieties. Produces 2-3 7½ in cobs per plant, each

Both 'supersweets' and 'tendersweets' give a
much higher sweetness than the older varieties,
whether raw or cooked. The sugars are much
slower to convert to starch but remain at their most
delicious when picked and eaten fresh or frozen.
