One of the first Sweet Peas introduced into Britain just before the year 1700 by a Sicilian monk, Franciscus Cupani. Deep blue flowers with purple wings and a captivating scent noticeably stronger than modern-day varieties. Germination: 10-21 days, 60-85F. Well-drained soil. Climber to 6ft. *Please note flower size is slightly smaller than modern-day hybrids.
