Prices

All prices are in US dollars.

This catalog supercedes all previous editions. 2009 catalog prices are valid from September 24, 2008 through September 24, 2009. Although every effort is made to ensure the catalogs are accurate, we reserve the right to amend any errors in price, quantity or specification occurring during printing.

Liability

T&M is committed to supplying high quality products to recreational gardeners and households for personal use. In accordance with the established custom of the trade, T&M will in no case be liable for more than the actual amount paid for a particular product on sale in the catalogs.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

All items listed in T&M's catalogs have been rigorously checked to ensure they maintain T&M's pre-defined high quality standards. In the unlikely event that you have cause to complain, please notify us of any seed problems within one year of purchase enclosing both the outer packet and inner foil, unless special conditions apply. Please return all other items within 14 days of receipt if any product does not meet your expectations, for replacement or refund (less shipping & handling).

Dispatch Times

Items are usually available for immediate dispatch unless otherwise stated. Please note that for logistical reasons, sundry items may be shipped separately from the rest of your order.

Conservation Policy

T&M will not knowingly offer endangered species harvested from the wild.

Substitutes

Should a specific variety not be available at the time of dispatch, T&M will not make substitutions except on free items.

Payment

Please see your order form for payment options. Please note that if paying by credit card, please remember to include your expiration date and signature - this will be charged when your order is shipped. Please do not send cash or stamps. We do not accept COD orders. Please make cheques payable to Thompson & Morgan Seedsmen Inc. Returned cheques will be charged $25. Please submit your T&M gift certificates and coupons when ordering, as we must have the originals on file to process your order.

State Sales Tax

Orders shipped to New Jersey, please add 7% sales tax (except on Gift Certificates).

Canadian Customers

We prefer payment in US dollars (US money order or Canadian bank cheque drawn on a US$ account). However, if you wish to pay in Canadian dollars, please multiply the US$ amount by 1.1. Please do not write "US$" on the check, as our bank unfortunately does not accept this.

Name Removal Service

Occasionally we make our names available to carefully screened companies offering products or services which may be of interest to you. If you would prefer not to receive these mailings, please contact us with your name and address exactly as they appear on the mailing label, and we will exclude your name.
