This superb range of colored cauliflowers will provide you with a variety of tastes, textures and nutritional values. From successional sowings you can harvest colored curds through the summer, then as autumn approaches you will notice the colors are more pronounced, continuing until late November.

Kitchen Notes

Sweet and delicious enough to eat raw as snacks, in salads, as crudités or in stir fries. Curds are best steamed or microwaved in minimal water as a cooked vegetable, as this helps retain much of their colour.
